Location – Pickwick Ice in Burbank and Van Nuys Ice (August 23, 25)
Dates – Week one is August 16 to 22 – Week two is August 23 to 29
Cost – $200 per week
Exact dates per age group
Mites and Squirts – August 16 – 19 – 26 – 5:10pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 6:10 to 7:10 pm
August 21 – 28 on ice from 7:40 to 8:40 am followed off ice conditioning
August 22 – 29 on ice from 8:30 to 9:30 am followed by off ice
August 23 at Van Nuys Ice – 6:30pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Peewees and Bantams – August 16 – 19 – 26 – 6:10pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 7:20pm to 8:20pm
August 17 – 5:00pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 6pm to 7pm
August 21 – 28 on ice from 8:50am to 9:50 am followed by off ice
August 25 – at Van Nuys Ice 5:15pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 6:15 – 7:15pm

Midgets 16 and 18 – August 16 – 19 – 26 – 7:15pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 8:30pm to 9:30 pm
August 17 – on ice from 7:10pm to 8:10 pm followed by off ice
August 22 – 29 on ice from 9:30 to 10:30 am followed by off ice
August 23 – at Van Nuys Ice 7:30pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 8:45pm to 9:45pm
August 25 – at Van Nuys Ice 6:15pm – off ice conditioning; on ice from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Clinic for all level players on July 6th and July 8th

California Golden Bears will have 2 clinics for all level players on July 6th and July 8th at 6pm. We will be working on power skating and stick handling for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes scrimmage.

Cost per clinic: $25.00

The club is proud to announce the opening of the Bantam B team coached by Anthony J. Hernandez and assistant coach Lavrentiy Kazaryan. The team already has 2 goalies and 8 skaters. Bantam B team is looking for 5 more players.

Bears Midget A captures 2010 SCAHA Championship!

An outstanding goalie performance and timely goals help the Midget 16’s capture the 2010 SCAHA Championship. Ian Taylor was stellar. He stopped 26 shots and numerous breakaways as he shout out the California Wave 2-0. Brandon Ratner scored the first goal, (3rd of the playoffs) and Matt Bloch sealed the deal with his 8th of the playoffs. The teams defense was outstanding led by Samvel Arakelyan, Avo Boyadzhyan Johnny Shin and on the
power play John Badalich. Congrats to the Midgets on an outstanding season. This team should be near the top again as 8 return with hopes of repeating next year. Also congrats to Ceaser Arambul, Ratner and Bloch as they were three of the top 5 scorers during the playoffs and Taylor led all goalies in wins.

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED – LIMITED SPACE!

HOW IT WORKS:
• 30 Minutes of drills followed by 30 minutes 3 on 3
• 12 skaters maximum will be accepted in each division (Squirt, Peewee, Bantam AND Midget).
• Each group will be separated into 4 teams.
• Drills will focus on skating, puck control, shooting, passing and the employment of individual tactics.
• Each team will play 2, 15 min, running time games.

Andrei Runtso has professional hockey experience as a player and youth hockey coaching experience. As a coach, Andrei, won SCAHA, CAHA and brought his teams to the national championship.
