Everyone has heard the term “if you can’t skate, you can’t play”. In the Youtube link below, Coach Blaszak will provide you with an inside look of what we are teaching our athletes during the weekly Skating Development sessions. The video will include; data supporting our training environment, the periodized approach for the 2021-22 season, and a few NHL clips we are breaking down during our video sessions.
