- Peloton app: https://www.onepeloton.com/app - It is free for 90 days and you don’t need a bike or equipment (you don’t have to put CC down, just email). Includes running, biking, yoga, meditation, strength and anything you can imagine with instructors and music to keep it intense. If you think it’s too easy you are cheating and lying to yourself.
- MyFitnessPal app : https://apps.apple.com/us/app/myfitnesspal/id341232718 – This is by Under Armor and it’s free. You can set goals and track what you eat vs. your exercises to stay With the times.
